深潮 TechFlow 消息，04 月 04 日，据 The Asia Business Daily 报道，韩国 Viva Republica（Toss）旗下电子支付网关子公司 Toss Payments 于 4 月 3 日宣布，已成为韩国金融及 IT 行业首家全面实施后量子密码学的企业。该技术基于复杂数学算法，可抵御量子计算机的暴力破解。Toss Payments 已将该技术部署至其全部基础设施，涵盖自有数据中心、云环境及支付窗口，并采用基于美国 NIST 标准算法”ML-KEM”的混合密钥交换方法，将传统椭圆曲线加密与后量子算法相结合，以同时应对当前及未来安全威胁。
深潮 TechFlow 消息，04 月 04 日，据 Finance Feeds 报道，柬埔寨议会近日以 58 票全票通过新法案，正式将诈骗窝点运营行为入刑。根据法案，涉案人员将面临 2至 5 年有期徒刑及最高 12.5 万美元罚款；若涉及有组织犯罪或多名受害者，刑罚将翻倍。法案目前尚待国王签署后正式生效。此次立法背景下，英国已对柬埔寨境内诈骗网络运营者实施制裁，柬方亦已将一名涉嫌犯罪集团头目引渡至中国。分析人士指出，该法案虽标志着柬埔寨在打击加密货币相关诈骗方面迈出重要一步，但最终成效仍取决于实际执法能力的落实情况。
